The Challenge
B2Bs clients participating in multiple annual trade shows need a scalable, low-overhead solution to manage on-site technology, lead capture, and real-time content updates. Managing such technology services can be cumbersome, and most "solutions" are canned towards specific outcomes in technology, rarely optimized for any custom potential downstream clients such as Unity, Unreal, WebGL, iOS and Android.
Our Solution
Our Senior CTO engineered, then led a team in creation of one of the first portable, modular and headless content management systems, for any consuming application such as interactive kiosks, Mobile Apps, Games, Cloud-synced media libraries, and a mobile-optimized lead capture system. The cloud based UCM allowed staff to push new media, update branding, and capture analytics and lead data in real-time. All hardware was designed for rapid setup and tear-down, minimizing event-day stress.
The Results
Clients enjoyed successfully smooth deployment and operation of the solution across 12 major events with zero technical failures. Lead volume increased by 220% due to faster interactions, and branded content was updated centrally, distributed globally within 15 minutes of client acceptance, reducing post-event follow-up time significantly.
